These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProjectMaster AI®, a cloud-based AI-powered project control platform ("Service") owned and operated by Longhorn Oilfield Consultant Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

4. Subscription & Payments

you authorize us to charge your payment method
fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Data & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, workflows, AI logic, designs, interfaces, and trademarks associated with ProjectMaster AI are the exclusive property of Longhorn Oilfield Consultant Services LLC.

You may not:

resell
sublicense
scrape
extract logic from the Service

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misuse the Service
attempt to access source code
interfere with system security
use the platform for illegal activities
abuse system resources
upload malicious code or content

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including payment processors, cloud storage, and AI services). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

Upon termination, your access ends immediately.

12. Service Availability

13. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synx Consultant Services and Longhorn Oilfield Consultant Services LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
