By accessing or using ProjectMaster AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Synx Consulting Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

ProjectMaster AI is an AI-powered project management platform that enables users to plan, execute, and monitor projects. The Service includes features such as task management, team collaboration, document storage, financial tracking, and AI-assisted project planning.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans are limited to 3 projects. Paid plans include additional features, projects, and storage.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a license to use, store, and process your User Content to provide the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5.3 Data Backup

While we implement regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important User Content.

5.4 Data Deletion

Archived projects are automatically deleted 30 days after archiving. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with project planning, task generation, and content creation. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your convenience but may not always be accurate or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or availability.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. We may also terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your User Content may be deleted. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Synx Consulting Services operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
